FMC Corporation's Board Increases Quarterly Dividend

PHILADELPHIA, April 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- FMC Corporation
(NYSE: FMC) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a
regular quarterly dividend of 12.5 cents per share, payable on July
17, 2008, to shareholders of record at the close of business on
June 30, 2008. This represents an increase of 2 cents per share
over the dividend declared on February 22, 2008, and is the second
increase since the resumption of common dividend declarations on
February 24, 2006. William G. Walter, Chairman of the Board,
President, and Chief Executive Officer said, "This increase in our
dividend is based on our continued confidence in the soundness of
FMC's businesses and our ability to generate consistent earnings
