CGI Group Proposes Mr. Dominic D'Alessandro and Mr. Gilles Labbe for Election to its Board of Directors

services, today announced that Mr. Dominic D'Alessandro and Mr.
Gilles Labbe will be proposed as new members of the CGI's Board of
Directors at the annual general meeting of the shareholders to be
held on January 27, 2010. "We are very pleased to propose Mr.

achievements, Mr. D'Alessandro was named Canada's Most Respected
CEO for 2004 and was named Canada's Outstanding CEO for 2002 by his

Service of Canada and appointed to the North American Free Trade
