In accordance with SMV Resolution No. 005-2014-SMV/01 (Regulation of Relevant Information and Reserved Information), we hereby inform you that on January 10, 2023, our subsidiary Red Vial 5 S.A. filed a Request for Arbitration before the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes - ICSID, in order to solve the dispute with the Peruvian State regarding the payment of the Tariff Guarantee, and other conservation and maintenance costs, being approved the presentation of the request for Arbitration in the Board Meeting of Red Vial 5 S.A. on January 10, 2023.
