Sanford as executive vice president of strategy and performance measurement.  Mr. Sanford, 56, brings over 20 years of management experience to his new role.  Mr. Sanford is the principal of Port Royal Holdings, LLC, a private equity firm and most recently served as president and chief operating officer of Value Place, LLC, an extended stay hotel chain.  Mr. Sanford also served as chairman and chief executive officer of The Krystal Company, the owner, operator and franchisor of quick-service restaurants and senior vice president, finance and administration of Coca-Cola Enterprises.
