T-Mobile USA Inc. said Tuesday afternoon that it will begin pre-selling Motorola Inc. (MOT) Cliq on Oct. 19 for $199.99, with a two-year contract.

The Cliq is the first in what is expected to be a line of Motorola devices to run on the Android operating system developed by Google Inc. (GOOG) T-Mobile said pre-sales will run from Oct. 19 to Nov. 1, but did not say when the device would actually be available on the market.
