American Stock Exchange Lists Common Shares of Flotek Industries
Inc. NEW YORK, July 27 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock
Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today listed the common shares of Flotek
Industries Inc., under the ticker symbol FTK. Based in Houston,
Texas, Flotek is a publicly traded company involved in the
manufacturing and marketing of specialty chemicals, downhole
drilling and production equipment, and the management of automated
bulk material handling, loading and blending facilities. It also
serves major and independent companies in domestic and
