Holding in Company

The Company received notification on 2 September 2003 that, following the sale,
on 2 September 2003,  of 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company  to a
number of  blue chip institutional investors at a price of  68p per share,
Reyker Nominees Limited now holds 700,000 ordinary shares representing 
approximately 4.0 per cent  of the Company's issued share capital.
