The Company announces that Mr Udo Bange, Director of Packaging Services, has
resigned from the Company with immediate effect in order to pursue other
interests outside the Group. The Board thanks Mr Bange for his contribution to
the development of the Group's Imagelinx division since its acquisition in 2000.

Mr Albert Klein, Chief Executive of LTG, will assume responsibility for the
management of the Imagelinx division, reflecting the focus of the Group on the
development of Imagelinx.
