MOS International PLC
("the Company")
Notice of EGM
Following a strategic review and the recent board restructuring, notice of an
Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company ("EGM") has been sent to
shareholders.
The purpose of the EGM is to appraise shareholders of the Company's current
trading position and to consider whether, and if so, what steps should be taken
in light of the fact that the net assets of the Company are less than half of
the Company's called-up share capital.
The EGM will be held at Unit E, Wharf Street, Shipley BD17 7DW on 19th December
2003 at 12 noon.
Philip Wood, Chairman, comments:
"The restructuring of the business has been completed and it has been
re-focussed. Although there is a long way to go, the hard work has been done and
I am confident that the Company has a profitable future. I believe that we are
now in a position to take advantage of the improving market and, having reviewed
the business prior to accepting the position of Chairman, I am confident that
MOS will be a major beneficiary of the projected upturn."
