Heads of Agreement Opening Gateway to China for Gametrac LONDON,

today, that it has signed a top level Heads of Agreement with
multi-billion dollar distribution outlet, CATIC. The extensive
agreement includes sales, distribution, technical support and

wireless handheld multi-entertainment device, built on the
Microsoft Windows CE.NET platform, which features cutting-edge
