Resignation of director


Xpertise Group plc announces the resignation of Mike McGoun, Deputy Chairman and
non-executive Director.  Mr McGoun, having successfully overseen the merger and
subsequent integration of Xpertise Training with Power Education, is leaving in
order to devote more time to his other business interests.  The Board would like
to thank him for his past service and commitment to the company and its
shareholders.
