AIQ.H Atlantis Systems Corp

(NEX:AIQ.H) The Honourable Graham Steele, Member of the Legislative Assembly,
Chris Daly, Associate Deputy Minister of Economic and Rural Development and
Tourism, and Fred Morley, Executive Vice-President and Chief Economist, Greater
Halifax Partnership, will attend the Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders
of Atlantis Systems Corp. on Thursday, September 20, 2012, at 10:00 a.m.
Atlantic time, where they will make remarks. The Meeting will take place at the
law offices of McInnes Cooper, located at Purdy's Wharf Tower II, 1969 Upper
Water Street, Suite 1300, Halifax, Nova Scotia, B3J 2V1.


Atlantis Systems Corp. has facilities in Mississauga, Ontario, Ottawa, Ontario
and Dartmouth, NS, where its division employs over 100 highly skilled Nova
Scotians. Atlantis Systems Corp is a full service training partner with
solutions that include flight training devices, interactive 3D multi-media,
courseware development, e-learning and provisioning of training centers for the
Canadian military. 


Exciting new technology will be demonstrated at this meeting.

The Shareholders are expected to approve the move of the Corporate offices from
Ontario to Nova Scotia after which the Corporation's Articles will be amended.
