VANCOUVER, Oct. 5, 2018 /CNW/ - Yesterday, Bevo Agro Inc.
(TSXV: BVO) announced that it has signed an Arrangement Agreement
dated October 4, 2018 with Sun Pharm
Investments Ltd. ("Sun Pharm") for a reverse take-over of Bevo, and
announced its intent to change its name to Zenabis Global Inc. This
combined entity will have almost 3.5 million square feet in
available production space.
Today, Zenabis has released a presentation introducing the new
combined business with a high-level overview of Zenabis':
- Current position and strategy, including distribution
channels, production facilities and production space compared with
competitors,
- Existing partnerships, including purchase orders, supply
agreements and financing, within Canada and globally, and its,
- Innovative technology, including ZenCube, a joint
venture between CubicFarms and Zenabis which combines vertical
farming and traditional cannabis cultivation.
