The Carbon2Green Corporation ("Carbon2Green" or the "Corporation")(TSX VENTURE: CGN) - Following the completion of the annual and extraordinary general shareholder's meeting held today (the "Shareholders' Meeting"), the Corporation announces the favourable outcome of the vote by its shareholders regarding the reduction of the number of its directors from 9 to 4 and the election of the following directors: Yves Gauthier, Andre Goguen, Jean Francois Lalonde and Christian Lambert. During the same Shareholders' Meeting, the shareholders of the Corporation also proceeded to nominate the auditors by confirming the accounting firm Raymond Chabot Grant Thompson s.e.n.c.r.l. to this position and to approve the stock option plan of the Corporation.

The Corporation also announces the adoption of a special resolution proposed by important shareholders approving a modification of the statutes of the Corporation with the aim of consolidating all of the issued and outstanding common shares of the capital stock of the Corporation (the "Commons Shares") on the basis of one post consolidated Common Share for each 5 pre-consolidated Common Shares, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Stock Exchange.

Following this Shareholders' Meeting, the Board of directors proceeded to nominate Mr. Yves Gauthier as the interim President and Chief Executive Officer subsequently to the resignation of Mr. Louis Tourillon from this position. The Corporation also announces the resignation of Mr. Yves C. Renaud from the position of Chief financial officer.
