Clearford Announces Completion of Private Placement

OTTAWA, March 27, 2012 /CNW/ - Clearford Industries Inc.
("Clearford" or the "Company") today announced that further to the
press release of January 30, 2012 it has completed the private
placement with no further tranche closings. The total amount
of Units issued to the broker, Cillo Finance Inc. was 46,875, each
Unit consisting of one (1) common share and one (1) warrant to
acquire an additional common share with an exercise price of $0.25
per common share and a two year term, which commenced on the
closing date of the private placement. The common shares
issued will be subject to a restriction from trading on the TSX
Venture Exchange for four months from the closing date in
accordance with TSX-V rules and regulations for private placements.
Currently, the Company has 65,230,884 shares outstanding and
92,234,403 shares on a fully-diluted basis. Neither the TSX Venture
