Application will be made to the Alternative Investment Market for 135,000 common
shares in Centurion to be admitted to trading on AIM. The shares will rank pari
passu with existing common shares and dealings are expected to commence in the
new common shares at 8.00am on 23 September 2003.


The shares are being issued as a result of an exercise of options by employees
and consultants, including Mr Barry Swan, a director of the Company. Details of
the exercises by Mr Swan are set out below:
