Colorado Announces Settlement With Former CEO

Colorado Resources Ltd. (“
Colorado” or the

Company”) (TSXV – CXO) announces that it has
resolved all outstanding matters that were in dispute with Mr.
Travis, the Company’s former Chief Executive Officer, and his
company and has entered into a settlement agreement (the
"Agreement") with respect to the final settlement of all
matters. The Company wishes Mr. Travis, who remains a
significant shareholder of Colorado, all the best in his future
endeavors.
