Mr. Louis Lessard and GMSL Financial S.A. (the "Concerned Shareholders") are
encouraged by the commitment made by the management of Fortsum Business
Solutions Inc. ("Fortsum")(TSX VENTURE:FRT), in its response to the Concerned
Shareholders' dissident proxy circular, to offer Fortsum for sale. The Concerned
Shareholders also note that Fortsum's shareholders rejected today the
shareholders' rights plan proposed by management.


The Concerned Shareholders will monitor the board's future activities to ensure
that they are in line with the will of Fortsum's shareholders, as expressed
