Graniz Mondal Inc. (TSX VENTURE:GRA.H) ("Graniz Graphite") is pleased to
announce that six of the last seven last holes returned impressive graphitic
intersections at the Brunet Graphite Deposit near Mont-Laurier. Dr Berthe
Lambert, Chairman, comments: "The results are beyond our expectations : Hole
#144 with over 282 feet at 8.6% graphite confirms the presence of major
graphitic horizons beyond the 100 metre depth. The next drilling program should
allow us to confirm that we are facing a world class graphitic marble deposit
similar to european multinational IMERYS TIMCAL's deposit 28 miles west of our
mine. The presence of a main thick zone at the surface is particularly important
as it indicates a competitive advantage for low cost open pit mining."

Mr Alain Tremblay, senior geologist, co-author of the Mousseau West Technical
Report NI 43 101, comments: "The last holes drilled on the Brunet Graphite
deposit were mainly located in the central part of the Main graphitic zone (+40
m thickness). All holes returned impressive graphitic intersections. The deposit
is growing fast and is still open to the northwest. Moreover, two other holes,
139 and 144 confirmed the presence of major graphitic horizons under the 100
metre depth where no exploration has been done historically. There is plenty of
room for significant resources increase and obviously additional drilling will
be needed before we can tell where the limits of this deposit are."

A bird's-eye view map will be posted on Graniz Graphite's website
http://www.granizmondal.com/ . While not a geological map as such, it shows the
extent of this main graphite concentration. (see map: Mousseau West - Drilling
results April 26 /2013).

Sampling including the additional standardized reference material and blanks was
carried out at Ste-Veronique's coreshack and samples were shipped to ALS
Minerals lab in Val d'Or for graphitic carbon assaying. Drilling, logging and
sampling were carried out under the supervision of Mr. Yvan Bussieres P.
Geo.Eng. and Mr Alain Tremblay P. Geo. Eng., NI 43-101 Qualified Persons. Mr
Bussieres is also responsible for the sampling protocol. The Company anticipates
receipt of a new NI 43 101 in June 2013.
