A total of 40.33% of the Company's outstanding shares were represented at the Meeting and Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business including :

1. Election of directors : Mr. Philippe Giaro, Mrs. Ge (Anna) Mao, Dr. Zhijun He and Mr. Christian Guilbaud.
    2. Nomination of Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton as auditors of the Company.
      3. Approval of Company stock option plan.
