Green Swan Announces Closing of Private Placement
BURLINGTON, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Apr 2, 2014) - Green Swan
Capital Corp. (TSX-VENTURE:GSW) ("Green Swan") announces the
closing of a private placement financing announced in a press
release on January 14, 2014 and March 26, 2014.
The financing, which
closed on April 1, 2014, consists of 4,300,000 Units at a price of
$0.05 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one (1) Green Swan common
share and one 12-month common share purchase warrant having an
exercise price of $0.075 (seven and a half cents) (the "Warrant").
Each Warrant expires on April 1, 2015.
The gross proceeds
of the financing were $215,000. Green Swan paid cash commissions of
$11,200 and issued broker warrants for 224,000 Units. The broker
warrants have the same characteristics as the Warrants.
