Commission ("OSC"), the Company has filed a restated Annual
Information Form ("AIF") on SEDAR, for the year ending
March 31, 2019.
The AIF filed on September 20,
2019 was not identified as "revised". The Company has filed
this restated AIF with an amended cover page, to provide the reader
notice of the changes that were made in the revised AIF filed
September 20, 2019.
