August 2, 2013 - Ocean Park Ventures Corp. ("Ocean Park" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has completed its previously announced consolidation of its share capital on the basis of one new share for every ten old shares outstanding. In connection with the consolidation, Ocean Park has also changed its name to "Dunnedin Ventures Inc." Trading will commence on the TSX Venture Exchange, on a consolidated basis, under the symbol "DVI" at the open on August 6, 2013.

Ocean Park also announces that it will issue 1,250,844 post-consolidated common shares in connection with its acquisition of the Trapper Property, and 200,000 post-consolidated shares in settlement of certain outstanding indebtedness of the Company. All shares issues will be subject to a statutory hold period expiring four-months and a day after the date of issuance.
