QuStream Corporation ("QuStream" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:QVC), an

announced that Gary M. Clifford has resigned as director of the Company
effective February 12, 2009. Gary has been a director of the Company since 2004.


QuStream has initiated a search to identify a replacement.
