Scottish Radio Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that pursuant to the
exercise of options under the Company's 1985 Executive Share Option Scheme, it
has allotted 15,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company. These shares
rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares in the
Company. Application will be made to the UK Listing Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for the shares being issued to be admitted to Listing and it is
expected that dealings will commence on Friday 28 February 2003.
