Superior Mining International Corporation (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:SUI) is
pleased to announce that it has completed the first drilling program at its
Redcastle Gold Property. The property is located approximately 250 km northeast
of Kalgoorlie, in the Leonora-Laverton district of Western Australia in the
highly prospective Yilgarn Craton region. Redcastle is close to major mining
operations such as the Minara Nickel Operation, some 15 km to the north, and
Barricks' Granny Smith gold mine located about 50 km to the east.

A soil sampling program was completed by Superior Mining during December 2012,
with several anomalous results above the background threshold of 2 ppb. The last
2 km2 to the north were not sampled during the soil sampling program due to a
layer of transported overburden masking the area.

The Company therefore embarked on the drilling program to penetrate through the
cover in the northern part of the property immediately after it had received the
approval of the Department of Mines and Petroleum (the regulatory body). The
Company contracted Topdrill of Kalgoorlie, West Australia to engage their Rotary
Air Blast (RAB) drill rig to complete 52 holes drilled for 826 m, each averaging
16.5 m.

Drilling commenced on February 20th and was completed by February 24th. The
transported overburden ranged up to 15m thick. Hardpan was encountered in most
of the drill holes, between about 0.5m and 3m.

A 3kg sample was collected every four meters from the transported overburden and
then a 3kg sample was collected one meter into the rock interface.

Samples were then transported to Intertek Minerals Group (formerly Genalysis
Laboratories, who have served the Australian mineral industry for over 30 years)
in Kalgoorlie for sample preparation. Once completed, Intertek then transported
the prepared samples to the Perth laboratory for analysis.

All samples will be analyzed for gold. Samples in the rock interface will
undergo additional analyses, which will include arsenic, antimony, bismuth,
tungsten, copper, lead, zinc and nickel. Duplicates and standards were inserted
every 20th sample interval.

In addition to the drilling program, 132 infill soil samples were collected
around the gold anomalies highlighted in the December 2012 soil geochemistry
program.

Sample results are expected to be received sometime in late March.

Brent Butler, Chief Executive Officer and President, commented: "The Company is
pleased to be advancing the Redcastle project significantly with this first
drilling program. We now have two projects Redcastle and Mangalisa being drill
tested this year, with the latter about to start phase 3 drilling."
