TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to
share exchange agreements (the "Agreements") between Castillian
Resources Corp. (the "Company") and the shareholders of Ferus Resources
Ltd. ("Ferus"). Pursuant to the Agreements, the Company shall acquire
99.5% of the issued and outstanding shares of Ferus.
Ferus' shareholders will receive one common share of the Company for
every 1.46 common share of Ferus owned. As a result of this
transaction, the Company will issue an aggregate of 14,109,571 common
shares to Ferus shareholders. Pursuant to the Agreements, Ferus'
shareholders will own approximately 13.3% of the Company, on a post-
closing non-diluted aggregate basis.
In connection with the transaction, Ferus will advance the Company
$150,000 in the form of a loan (the "Loan"). The Loan matures December
15, 2010 and bears an interest of 10% per annum. The Exchange notes
that there are no security issuances in connection with the Loan.

a letter agreement between Garson Gold Corp. (the "Company") and Takara
Resources Inc. ("Takara"), whereby the Company has acquired from Takara,
all of its right, title and interest in and to: (i) the Luciana Gold
Prospect, located near Val d'Or, Quebec, that is currently under option
from Golden Valley Mines Ltd.; and (ii) all of its right, title and
interest in and to the BC Gold Projects, that are currently under option
from Stephen Wetherup. In consideration, the Company will issue
10,000,000 common shares to Takara and will pay a total of $95,000 and
issue 950,000 common shares to Stephen Wetherup, over a three year
period, for the option on the BC Gold Projects.
The BC Gold Projects have a 2% NSR, one half of which can be purchased
at any time by the Company for $1,000,000.
