Terrane Extends Goldcorp Guaranteed Credit Facility

Robert Pease, President and CEO of Terrane Metals Corp. ("Terrane"
or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: TRX), is pleased to announce the
credit agreement ("Credit Agreement") between Terrane, Goldcorp
Inc. ("Goldcorp") and Bank of Montreal has been amended and
extended to May 7, 2011 (see press releases dated January 8, 2010
and March 25, 2010). Under the terms of the amended Credit
Agreement, Goldcorp will guarantee a 12-month, non-revolving term
credit facility of up to $40 million, with Bank of Montreal and The
Bank of Nova Scotia as lenders.
The Company intends to use the credit facility in support of the
2010 construction program at Mt. Milligan and for working capital
purposes.
