Further to UC Resources Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: UC) news release dated September 20, 2010, the Company is pleased to announce it has received TSX Venture Exchange approval for and closed its private placement of 4,779,773 units, at a price of $0.11 per unit, to raise proceeds of $525,775.

The Company paid a finder's fee to Power One Capital in cash of $13,200.

1,500,000 shares and 750,000 warrants are subject to a hold period expiring on Jan. 28, 2011 and 3,279,773 shares and 1,639,886 warrants are subject to a hold period expiring on Feb. 2, 2011.
