VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Mar 25, 2014) - Victory Ventures Inc. (TSX-VENTURE:VVN)(FRANKFURT:VV0) (the "Company") has arranged a private placement of up to 6,000,000 Units at $0.05 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant, exercisable to acquire an additional common share for a two year period at $0.10 per share.

A finder's fee of 10% cash and 10% warrants may be payable to qualified finders. Proceeds of the private placement will be used for general working capital purposes.
