(the "Company") announces that further to its October 2, 2012 announcement regarding the record and payment dates for the special distribution to shareholders, it has instituted a voluntary halt of trading of its shares by request to the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada ("IIROC").  WCT expects the shares to remain halted until the voluntary delisting of its shares from the TSX-V, which is expected to occur on or about October 17, 2012, the day following the payment date for the special distribution to shareholders previously announced.
