HONG KONG--China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Ltd. (1848.HK) said Wednesday it agreed to lease two Airbus A320 aircraft to Shenzhen Airlines Co., a unit of Air China Ltd. (0753.HK), a move to capitalize on growing opportunities in the aircraft-leasing market.

The Hong Kong-listed company, which leases aircraft in China, said the two aircraft are expected to be delivered to Shenzhen Airlines this year and will be leased for 12 years.
