Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

As previously reported, on July 23, 2023, AppHarvest, Inc. (the “Company”) and its debtor affiliates (together with the Company, the “Debtors”) filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of Title 11 of the United States Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas (the “Bankruptcy Court”), thereby commencing chapter 11 cases for the Debtors (the “Chapter 11 Cases”), which are being jointly administered under Case No. 23-90745.

On November 21, 2023, the Company filed its monthly operating report (“Monthly Operating Report”), with the Bankruptcy Court for the reporting month ended October 31, 2023. A copy of such Monthly Operating Report is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

On November 21, 2023, AppHarvest Operations, Inc. filed its Monthly Operating Report, with the Bankruptcy Court for the reporting month ended October 31, 2023. A copy of such Monthly Operating Report is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
