Arem Pacific Corporation (OTC:ARPC) today announced the appointment of Ms. Nancy, Jin Yang, who has replaced Ms.Wei Li Leong, as the company's CFO effective March 01, 2014. Ms. Wei Li Leong has decided to pursue her other personal goals and had no disagreements with the company.
