This is part 2 of a 2-part conversation.
Now that we have spoken about the future of Racing Limos
America (part 1 released earlier), I would like to discuss the
future of Atlas Technology Group.
Atlas Technology Group ("ATYG") is a holding company.
At present, its main asset is Racing Limos America™. I
am announcing here that we have plans to change the name of Atlas
sometime in 2012. That name is still to be determined, but it
will not relate to Racing Limos America™ because the plans for ATYG
are to continue to be a holding company, but for more entities.
I am also announcing here that we have requested, and plan to
file paperwork for Franchise Development in Canada under the name "Racing Limos Canada™."
We are presently preparing to bid for property in
Dover, NH to house our World
Headquarters and Training Center. Our plan is to also build
on a part of that land a (estimated) $12
million state-of-the-art swim and sports complex. In
our business plan for the complex, the bulk of revenues are
anticipated to come from advertising revenues, including leasing
the naming rights for the complex, for which we already have
several interested prospects. Revenue projections, assuming
financing and building proceeds timely, are upwards of $1 million first year, with revenues reaching
well beyond that over the following several years. In
addition, once this complex is under way, we have plans to open
other similar complexes in other municipalities. There will
be more details on this project coming soon. We are also
presently conducting due diligence in the acquisition of another
OTC company (to be named later) that would be beneficial to the
Racing Limos America™ brand.
We have a 5-year plan, and I am expecting 2012 to be our
break-out year for both Racing Limos America™ and Atlas Technology
