STOCKHOLM--Swedish food reatiler Axfood AB (AXFO.SK) said Tuesday it has signed a Declaration of Intent with Statoil Fuel & Retail to expand their existing cooperation agreement.

The parties said they intend to reach an agreement on an expansion of their existing agreement to cover supplies of automotive products to Statoil Fuel & Retail's staffed Statoil gas stations. Axfood currently supplies groceries and fast food.
