Bonal International, Inc. Declares Five Cent Dividend Due to Record Profit

ROYAL OAK, Mich., July 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Bonal
International, Inc. (OTC:BONL) today announced a dividend of $0.05
per share on a $0.15 per share net profit. This compares to a $0.04
dividend per share on a $0.14 profit for the prior fiscal year. The
dividend is payable on August 25, 2006 for shareholders of record
as of the close of business on August 4, 2006. This is the second
dividend to be paid since Bonal began public trading in 1990. "In
terms of dollars profit, Bonal topped its record from 2005, making
2006 our best year. Bonal International's Board of Directors
decided to pay a dividend 25% higher than last year. The directors
are happy that the company is in a position to pay a dividend to

International. "In the future, the Board will continue to evaluate
