Ballistic Recovery Systems, Inc. "BRS is at a point where we are seeing greater acceptance of whole airplane parachute technology," said Larry E. Gary Moore joins BRS in the newly created position of Vice President of International Operations & Government Sales. Hoffmann, formerly based in Germany as the Director of Engineering for BRS's European office, now joins the BRS headquarters in St. Paul, Minnesota to assume his new position.
