The San Diego Investment Conference (SDIC) will host the "21st
Century Energy Conference" in the Fairway Pavillion Room at the
Hilton Torrey Pines Resort in La Jolla, CA on Saturday, February
5th, 2011.
New registrants to the diverse energy line up include:
Clear Peak Energy (www.clearpeakenergy.com) (PINKSHEETS: CLPE),
an independent power producer which was recently awarded an 8.5MW
contract with Southern California Edison, driving its early growth
and accelerating its goal of 100MW of contracts in 2011.
K&M Oil, LLC (www.mkoil.com), an oil and gas company focused
upon the uncapping of existing wells proven in the Illinois/Indiana
basin. K&M Oil, LLC presented successfully in January at the
Southwest Investment Association in Dallas, Texas.

Mr. Williams has a background in investment banking, having served
on the board of directors or advisory boards of several hedge funds
and venture capital firms.
Mr. Williams graduated with honors from Brown University,
Providence, Rhode Island, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Economics. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of
Virginia, School of Law, and earned a MBA in Finance while serving
in the United States Navy.
