Universal Delivery Solutions, the operating unit of Delivery Technology Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DTSL), the leader in delivery management technology, announced today that it will be expanding its operations into the European markets in the 1st Qtr. of 2011.

UDS over the past several months has built some very strong relationships in the United Kingdom. We have already engaged a European Chief Executive who will work with a new team, its clients and investors to take the company forward into its initial round of market expansion in 2011.

Mr. Peters has already contributed a development plan for the next generation of Universal Delivery Solutions systems, and has initiated discussions with leading U.K. companies in the Quick Service Restaurant sector.
