World Environmental Technologies, Inc. Enters Into a General
Revenue Sharing Agreement With Coale's Environmental Systems, Inc.
CRYSTAL CITY, Texas, June 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- In an effort
to expand business opportunities and to offer industries
technologies to facilitate compliance with federal and state
environmental regulations, Ecoloclean Industries, Inc. (OTC:ECCI)
(BULLETIN BOARD: ECCI) announced today that their subsidiary, World
Environmental Technologies, Inc. ("WET"), has entered into a
General Revenue Sharing Agreement with Coale's Environmental
Systems, Inc. ("Coale"). Coale's business activities encompass
methods to decrease and eliminate contaminants in diesel fuel via
the Coale Separator. The Coale Separator is a mobile fuel-scrubbing
unit that reduces abrasive sediments and corrosive degradation in
combustion engines by removing contaminants such as sulfur content,
oxidation, water, dirt, sand and sludge. The Coale Separator
effectively separates these liquid and solid particles from diesel
fuel, thereby allowing only purified fuel to reach combustion
engines. In most cases this technology restores contaminated fuel
to 99.9% pure. This General Revenue Sharing Agreement allows WET to
commercialize, operate, market and lease the Coale Separator and
its processes to industries that store diesel and/or ethanol or use
combustion engines. WET will have the exclusive rights under the
patents for the Coale Separator to market to any industry using
combustion engines. Mike Richardson, President of World
Environmental Technologies, Inc., stated, "This is an exciting
addition to Ecoloclean's suite of services. The national market for
the Coale Separator is substantial and continues to grow as federal
regulations for sulfur levels in diesel are expected to become more
stringent by 2006. These new regulations will significantly
decrease the shelf life of stored diesel. Using the Coale Separator
will keep stored diesel fuel within the federal regulatory
requirements and also maintain the current shelf life of 28 days.
Through this General Revenue Sharing Agreement, we are keeping with
our business plan to offer a comprehensive contaminant remediation
package for our clients." About Ecoloclean Industries, Inc.
