EMP Solutions, Inc. announces six
state representation contract with Capitol Electronics, Inc.
MIDDLETOWN, OH -- June 2, 2015 -- InvestorsHub NewsWire
-- EMP Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EMPS)
entered into an agreement with Indiana based Capitol Electronics,
Inc. for a representation deal that will expand EMP's HALO PDCE
Lightning Suppressor into six states including Indiana, Ohio,
Kentucky, Pennslyvania, Michigan and West Virginia.
Capitol Electronics is an independent manufacturer's
representative firm established in 1987. They primarily serve the
Land Mobile Radio, Public Safety, Emergency Management,
Wireless, Enterprise, OEM/Military, Utilities, Transportation and
Education markets in the aforementioned states. EMP Solutions
made contact with Capitol at the IWCE show in Las Vegas in early
2015 and has been negotiating the terms of the deal ever
since.
The partnership with Capitol Electronics will give EMPS reach into
previously unexplored markets such as the lucrative Marcellus Shale
markets of Pennsylvania and West Virginia as well as access to
Utilities, Transportation and Military markets previously
unexplored.
EMP Solutions was especially impressed Capitol after several
meetings and strongly believes in their integrity and reach in the
market.
On Monday, June 1st, 2015 EMP Solutions conducting training for the
Independent Reps of Capitol in order to give them the knowledge
and tools to promote the HALO PDCE throughout their
markets.
