Finnair Oyj. (FIA1S.HE), the Finnish airline, said Thursday it has issued a EUR50 million fixed rate unsecured bond, that matures in 5 years and pays an annual coupon of 5%.

 
   MAIN FACTS:

-The proceeds from the issuance will be used for general corporate purposes.

-The bond offering was significantly oversubscribed and allocated to more than 100 investors.

-Finnair will apply for the listing of the bond on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd.

-Danske Bank A/S (DANSKE.KO) and Pohjola Pankki Oyj (POH1S.HE) acted as lead managers for the transaction.
