Wilson, President of Hana Mining Ltd. (TSXV:HMG), and Robert G.
Dinning, a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of
Paramount Gold & Silver Corp. have joined GXX's Board of
Directors. Mr. Wilson has extensive experience in project
development, finance and contract negotiations, as well as
strategic planning within the energy resource and mining
industries. Mr. Dinning is a Chartered Accountant with 40 years
experience in both the public and private sector. Gold Star
Resources is a Canadian oil and gas exploration company focused on
seeking onshore opportunities in the petroleum systems of West
