ITEM 5.02     D eparture of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

 

On March 13, 2019, Stuart Benson notified the Chief Executive Officer of Helios and Matheson Analytics Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Company and from each position he holds with each of the Company’s subsidiaries, effective March 22, 2019, in order to accept another employment opportunity. The Company plans to initiate a search for, and hire, a new Chief Financial Officer as soon as practicable.
