 This Schedule 13D relates to the common stock, par value $0.01 (the
"Common Stock"), of Jade Art Group Inc. (the "Issuer").

 The address of the Issuer's principal executive office is

ITEM 2. IDENTITY AND BACKGROUND.

 (a) This statement is being filed by Anna G. Brandt (the
"Reporting Person").

 (b) The principal address for the Reporting Person is

 Chambersburg, PA 17201.

 (c) The Reporting Person is an individual investor.

 (d) During the last five years, the Reporting Person has not been
convicted in a criminal proceeding (excluding traffic violations or similar
misdemeanors).

 (e) During the last five years, the Reporting Person has not been a party

jurisdiction that resulted in the Reporting Person being subject to a judgment,

I want the Company to broaden the product line for its stores
to include works by famed Japanese-American watercolor artist
Wendy Yoshimura with whom I have a marketing agreement.

ITEM 5. INTEREST IN SECURITIES OF THE ISSUER.

 The Reporting Person is an individual investor.
4,245,000 JADA shares is 5.3% of the last-reported total outstanding.

My shares were accumulated over several months at an estimated cost-basis
of less than 0.04 per share through open-market purchases.
