A brand extension of CT International Dental Group, based on previous sales in European markets, CT Dental Canada projects to gross between $4 and $6 million dollars between Q2 and the end of Q4 2009, and plans to become a publicly traded company in 2010. KCM will receive 40% of equity ownership of CT Dental Canada in return for managing the company�s operations, providing dental lab support services and marketing CT Dental Canada, including arranging its IPO funding and public listing in Canada and the US.

CT Dental Canada has an exclusive on the entire Canadian marketplace, with plans to secure the same rights to expand into the United States.
