Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers

 

Javier-Juan MasanaModroño has resigned as CEO as of December 10, 2018. New interim management has appointed Daniel Sobolewski as the company’s Interim CEO.

 

Item 8.01 Other Event
