Nutroganics (NUTT) Files With OTC Markets to Remove Stop Sign

BETHESDA, MD--(Marketwired - Jun 16, 2014) - Nutroganics, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NUTT) ("Nutroganics") announced today that it has filed certain limited information with OTC Markets consistent with the OTC Pink® Basic Disclosure Guidelines.  

David Sackler, Nutroganics' President & CEO, said, "We are pleased to announce this first step in increasing the disclosure and transparency of the operations and performance of Nutroganics to our public shareholders. We plan to take additional steps in the future, consistent with our goal of building Nutroganics into a listed company over the next 2-4 years."

Nutroganics also announced today that its revenue for both April and May 2014 exceeded $500,000 each month after including the recently announced acquisition of NuStar Manufacturing. The company believes that revenue will increase further in the second half of 2014.
