Pet Ecology Brands, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PECD) announced today the posting on Pinksheets.com of its audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2007 and its unaudited financial statements for the three months ended March 31, 2008.

The Company also indicated that it will report gross revenues, primarily from direct to consumer internet and home delivery sales, of $271,000 when financial statements for the second quarter of 2008 are posted.

Further, the Company noted that gross revenues year to date, including second quarter 2008 amounts of $271,000, total $485,000 and include revenues generated in July and August 2008 from sales to three retail chains including reorders from those organizations. Ralph Steckel, President and CEO, noted that "Revenues for the year ended December 31, 2007 amounted to $131,000 so we believe we are making progress in the commercialization of our product line."

The Company further noted that it is in discussions with several organizations who are interested in having PEB manufacture product under their private label. These organizations are capable of placing our products both nationally and internationally. The Company has been, and intends to continue, seeking additional private label opportunities.

Ralph Steckel PEB's President and CEO also provided commentary on current efforts to expand revenues from Company's home delivery and internet sales. "Currently we are in discussion with two nationally recognized organizations who have expressed significant interest in selling our product on line. Each of these organizations are heavily involved in web-based programs aimed at pet owners. A collaboration with either would be very beneficial to our company."
